David Kilcup



Dave brings a broad background of business and aviation acumen to his position as President of International Jets. Nearly twenty five years of aviation sales, training and management experience including jet charter, fractional and airline operations, aircraft sales and management experience provide Dave’s clients access to a significant depth and breadth of knowledge about the industry, trends and aircraft specific information. This includes advice on ownership structures, tax strategies and like-kind exchanges to operational concerns that are often overlooked until the aircraft is parked in your hangar. Additionally, Dave has nearly 6000-hours of pilot experience including several types of high-performance piston, turbine and jet aircraft including vintage DeHavilland Tiger Moth’s to Twin Cessna 400’s, Beech King Air’s, Cessna Citation’s and Beechjet’s. Away from the office he enjoys time with his wife and four children, snow skiing and boating in the beautiful waters of Puget Sound.

Vice President Aircraft Sales & Management

Ted brings thirty eight years of business management expertise to International Jets, twenty of those years in the aviation industry. His skill sets include full service FBO management, aircraft operations and fleet management, to include Part 91/135 U.S. and international charter operations, also regional airline and corporate shuttle operations General Manager. Ted has significant industry experience in operations planning, structuring, staffing, along with day to day management capability. Additionally, Ted is a commercial licensed pilot and when away from the office enjoys a love for live music, particularly jazz, and travel.
